Who did more damage? When you can answer that, you can see why your whining about AFK cloakers looks so stupid to everyone else. Then you'd also know that "Alice" can blops you when you THINK she's asleep. You simply don't know. Alice is effective REGARDLESS of her RL state. Sure, I can counter Alice if/when she tries to attack but this is not the issue. That's the price of ratting/mining in 0.0 with the threat of blops. Goes with the territory. But there is NO counter to someone sitting in a cloak (AFK or otherwise - a moot point) for days/weeks at a time PURELY for the purpose of system denial. The threat is one thing, the purpose could be multiple reasons. The counter is nil.
Someone who is cloaked cannot attack you either, they have to uncloak to do that. Once they are uncloked you can attack them. Working as intended. Your fear of a presumed attack should always be 100% assumed because you are undocked.

I suggest the OP and any supporters attend fanfest and bring this important issue that has the support of dozens of players directly to CCP's attention. I am sure then you will receive all the attention from CCP you deserve.

Confirming I am currently afk cloaking 3 different systems and preventing 200+ players from undocking.
